This area is the roof and the landing strip area of the Private Sector.
It was known to the public that the private sector was not available for landing. However, for unknown reasons, this area that is close by the private sector had airplanes parked, and it was readied as if it was going to fly any time.

Name & Description
Combo - Android Juggernaut prepares himself with a fighting stance, then proceeds to punch twice and stomp foe.
Laser - Android Juggernaut fires a light-blue colored beam from his face.
Combo - Android Fist-type punches twice, then kicks twice, the last kick sending foes flying.
Grab - Android Fist-type attempts to grab foe. If successful, he will follow up with a punch that sends foes flying. (Similar to J's Ocher Catch)
Combo - Android Reaper strikes player(s) with his scythe twice.
Lightning Strikes - Android Reaper preforms a wide slash with his scythe. Afterwards, 3 lightning strikes will follow and fall down onto the player(s).
Shooting - Brigade Assault quickly shoots several bullets.
Reload & Shoot - In Super Armor state, Brigade Assault reloads magazine, then shoots many bullets.
Explosive Shot - Brigade Assault launches an explosive shot upwards. When the shot hits the ground, it will explode.
Back Attack - Brigade Assault rolls behind player(s) and slices with his knife
Place Bomb - Brigade Assault places a bomb that will initiate countdown before releasing a spraying explosion. (This attack will only be used by Brigade Assaults in Very Hard difficulties, or whom have come out of boxes)
*Note: Brigade Assaults that are in 5-6 or come out of boxes will automatically be defeated after a certain amount of time has passed since they have spawned.
Aimed Shot - Aims and fires multiple shots at the player(s).
Cone Shot - Aims and fires multiple shots in a cone-shape.
Homing Missile - Turret fires 3 aimed missiles that will fall overhead to targeted player(s).
Explosion - When HP is 0, Turret will begin countdown to explosion.
Truck - A large truck that will ram into allies, sending players hit flying. Before ramming, the truck will display a red outline displaying where it will strike. Only appears in Hard and higher difficulties.
SA Lv. V Rain of Arrows: Multi - After firing into the air, she lays down on the floor while many small circle marks appear all around her. These circles will then have arrows barrage down, and Irina steps back, planting a mine where she was lying down on.
SA Lv. 3 Phasic Wings: Acrobatic Shots - Irina spreads her Phasic Wings, and then goes horizontally across the map, shooting arrows in a zig zag fashion. There will be a safe-zone in a shape of diamond between the arrows, so use that to dodge the pattern.
SA Lv. 4 Phasic Wings: Rapid Dash - Irina spreads her Phasic Wings, and then flies in a very high speed in a random diagonal fashion across the arena, knocking back and stunning you for a short duration when hit.
SA Lv. 6 Phasic Wings: Explosion - Irina spreads her Phasic Wings, and then flies towards you slowly while making explosions around you. Point-blank area around her will also be constantly exploding, dealing huge True Damage to any who step in it. After action has been preformed, Irina will stand still for a long period of time to catch her breath.
SA Lv. 3 Mines - When recovering from knockdown, Irina steps back, planting a mine to her previous position.
SA Lv. ? Counter! She will perform a perfect dodge on one of your attacks, giving her invulnerability for a short time.
SA Lv. ? Counter! Straight Shot - After dodging back, Irina fires a single straight shot with a very short delay.
SA Lv. ? Force Cancel - Irina can forcibly cancel out of any of your combos, including air combos, making her invulnerable for a while. The force cancel can also freeze you in place while she immediately follows up with the small version of Arrow Rain, making it hard to dodge.

Tips and Details
Spread Orb Shot, Close Combat, and the initial shots from Rain of Arrows & Rain of Arrows: Multi can hit foes in the air.
If aiming for speedy runs and you have average DPS (~15-20k DPS), it's a good idea to save your FM2 and FM3 to crash Phasic Wing movements Acrobatic Shots and Rapid Dash, as Phasic Wing movements take a long time to preform.
Phasic Wings: Explosion does True Damage, so it is unwise to attempt tanking the attack with 80% damage reduction skills. It's a good idea to save Forced Cancel for this skill, as this skill will be lethal no matter how much defense you have.
